10 Minutes Cardio And Upper Body Workout To Tone Your Body

This mashup of cardio and upper body strength workouts is meant to balance intensity and calories burnt. At the same time, this exercise would be able to tone your body – which means your body will be firmer, with more definition and shape.

While this exercise lasts for only 10 minutes, we would recommend you to attempt it for two to three times, making it a 20 – 30 minutes workout. However, feel free to adjust the intensity and timing to suit your needs!

Please note that you will be doing alternating sets of each group of two exercises for a total of two sets per exercise. That means you will be doing the workout exercises in an ABAB format.
