Low-Carb Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake

Step 1

With cooking spray, coat a microwave-safe bowl before adding 1 scoop of protein powder, 0.5 tsp of baking powder, 1 tbsp of coconut flour, 0.5 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tbsp of SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener and mix well.

Step 2

Combine the egg with the dry mixture.

Step 3

Add 0.25 cup of milk of choice and 0.25 tsp vanilla extract to the mix. To ensure a very thick batter is formed, you may add more milk.

Step 4

Sprinkle 1 tsp of SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener and 0.5 tsp of cinnamon and swirl over the top. Microwave for 60 seconds.

Step 5

Combine the melted coconut butter, 0.5 tsp milk of choice and a pinch of cinnamon to form a glaze to top the cake. Serve immediately.
