Exercise 7 – Brush Your Teeth With Your Non-Dominant Hand
This is going to feel weird! But, this will use the opposite side of your brain, and will result in a fast and substantial expansion in your cortex, where most tactile information is processed.
How To Practice This Exercise?
Do this either when you brush your teeth at night or in the morning. Do everything with the wrong hand. For example: If your dominant hand is the right hand, pick up the brush, get the toothpaste, floss, and do everything with your left hand. This exercise can really put the right side of your brain to work, and is a great exercise for the brain.
