Exercise 5 – Eat New Foods
Your brain can distinguish any number of odors and food combinations by activating receptors in your nose. Add in some new and unusual flavors from time to time to kick-start the brain in this function. New odors and tastes may evoke unexpected feelings and new experiences.
Why It Matters
Order something different form the menu anytime you go out to eat. Keep experimenting to keep your brain on it’s toes. Also try out new restaurants with cuisines you are not familiar with.
