Step 1
Fill a large sauce pan of water, cover and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Place diced sweet potato in pot and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remember to not make them too soft.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 4
After yams are strained and rinsed, add to the large bowl and mix until just combined.
Step 5
Serve warm, or cold.
